Kash: Independent, confident, overly intelligent and willing to please only if you asked her nicely! And, with a really quirky sense of humor. She thought it was great fun to break out of the kennel, taking one of the other dogs with her, hoping to lose them on the way, of course. Fortunately, they too always were found. For me she would turn herself inside out. I remember once training her in obedience in a huge gymnasium; I didn't hear the instructor say "about turn". Kash did, looked up at me and gently bumped (herded ?) me into position. Kashmier brought color - that brilliant mahogany color - and a big leap forward for strong temperament.

Over the years, of all my girls, I miss her the most. My constant companion, my heart. Would that it were true that if you love each other enough, they will come back to you. If only…….
