I feel very lucky to have been owned by this magnificent Belgian! It happened, as these things sometimes do, quite out of the blue. I was showing in Indiana and was approached by Connie Wentling. Connie showed me a picture and asked me if I would be interested in this dog. The picture knocked my sox off! Without knowing anything about him, I said yes. And so Rajah came to live with me.

From the first he knew I was his special person and I knew he was my special boy. We had a rapport that does not happen very often. My good friend Vince Smith saw me with him at a show and asked me if I would let him handle Rajah. I said yes, but with reservations….. He was not to live with Vince, but I would deliver him and pick him up after shows. The rest is history, many, many Groups and his Best In Show. Rajah made the difference in the Sanroyale bloodlines. His contribution made it possible for Sanroyale to achieve the success that it did. All the really great Sanroyale Belgians go back to Rajah. Bred to Polly, Kash, Nova and Itsy his puppies helped build many of todays kennels.
